In this year we support the librarian Barcamp in Slovakia again. Its aim is to present innovative ideas, new technologies and creating the potential for the formation of working groups and projects. To connect the communities of progressive young librarians with other communities dealing with literary culture, IT and management.

Integration of EBSCO Discovery Service™

More return boxes for UP Olomouc

Our longterm customer UP Olomouc, who got two outdoor return boxes from us last year, was so pleased with them that he decided to purchase two more boxes for the locations of two other faculties. The installation happened on 9. December 2014.

RFID for UJEP

In late November, after succeeding in a tender, our company equipped the newly built library of the School of Philosophy of UJEP in Ústí nad Labem with RFID technology. Delivery consisted of three detection RFID gates, workstations and supplies of RFID labels.

Creative workshop

Just like last year, our company was asked by the City Library of Hodonín to run creative workshop on Day for children’s book. My colleague, headed by Janka Šubová, constructed their own ex libris. As always, the activity was appraised by children’s smiles.

Box for MK Bratislava

Series of libraries, or readers using a book return box has grown by additional users. As a result of our success in the tender in late October, we installed an outdoor book return box at the Bratislava City Library.
